On 22 December 2016, Center for Economic and Social Development (CESD), jointly with Entrepreneurship Development Foundation (EDF), organized a round table in Baku to discuss the findings of the Monitoring Report on "Development of Human Capital and the Establishment of an Effective Social Security System," one of the directions of the Development Concept "Azerbaijan - 2020: Outlook for the Future."
The round table was opened by Vugar Bayramov, CESD Chairman. Zahir Ahmadov, Representative of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and Sabit Baghirov, EDF President delivered the welcome address.
Rashad Hasanov, the CESD Expert, reported the findings of the monitoring. The discussion was followed by questions and answers.
The event was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Health, the Swiss Embassy and local NGOs.
