On 9 November 2016, Center for Economic and Social Development, jointly with Entrepreneurship Development Foundation, organized a round table in Baku to discuss the findings of the preliminary Monitoring Report on " Development of Human Capital and the Establishment of an Effective Social Security System," one of the directions of the Development Concept "Azerbaijan - 2020: Outlook for the Future."
Opening the round table, Sabit Baghirov, EDF President welcomed the participants.
Rashad Hasanov reported the findings of the monitoring.
The event was attended by experts, representatives from local NGOs and the Swiss Embassy in Azerbaijan.
