15 two-day "Start and Improve Your Own Business" Training was held to improve entrepreneurial skills for 392 women from 22 cities and districts of Azerbaijan. The training was organized in the following cities and districts:
Participants were registered in the registration lists for the first and second day of the training separately.
392 women attended the first day of the training, 343 women attended the second day of the training.

The preparation for training started in August 2018. The training program included such components as:
The activity was started with writing the training program. The program was prepared in partnership with UNDP, Counterpart, and the Confederation of Entrepreneurs. The trainer was Azad Rahimov - International Labor Organization’s Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) master trainer.
