Each Policy Paper was evaluated based
on four criteria:
1) Compliance with requirements to Policy Paper design;
2) Problem Justification;
3) Suggested alternative
policies;
4) Feasibility of recommendations.
For each criterion, assessments were made from 1
to 5 (1 - the minimum score).
The maximum number of points received Orkhan Sultanov.
The competition commission included: Abil Bayramov, Azer Mehdiyev, Elchin Rashidov, Galib Bayramov, Ilkin
Garayev, Ingilab Akhmedov, Rasim Hasanov, Rovshan Agayev, Samir Aliyev, Vahid Maharramov.
Competition
participants were awarded notebooks and tablets.
